RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Right of withdrawal
For remote purchases, you generally have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it, subject to the exceptions provided by law. This right also applies to promotional items. If an order includes several items delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right, write to contact@lissavia.com clearly stating your decision to withdraw as well as your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions. You can use the form below, although it is not mandatory.

Product return
After notification of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product. The direct return costs are at your expense when permitted by law. You may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal decision. We may defer the refund until receipt of the goods or until you provide proof of their shipment, the date being the earlier of these two events. The refund will use the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The original standard shipping costs are refunded under the conditions provided by law; any additional charge corresponding to a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered is not refunded.
Defective product or error
If the product is defective or does not match your order, contact contact@lissavia.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. The applicable legal warranties remain in effect.
